Directions

From M25 - Take Junction 3 (exit 2), following signs for Brands Hatch. At roundabout take exit 3 for the A20 to Brands Hatch/West Kingsdown. Hotel is on the A20 sharing the entrance with the racing circuit. Swanley railway station is just 5 miles, and is accessible by taxi.

Pickup/Drop off

From London Victoria, take the mainline service to Swanley (on the Ramsgate and Dover Line) – journey time is usually around 30 minutes. From Swanley station, it’s about 10 minutes by taxi to Mercure Dartford Brands Hatch. Alternatively St. Pancreas (on the Dover line) is 17 minutes by train away from Ebbsfleet station.

Cancellation Policy

For Instant Book, a Moderate Cancellation Policy offers the following:
  • Guests can cancel up to 15 days before the event for a full refund.
  • If cancellation occurs between 14 – 8 days before the event, a 50% refund is given.
  • No refund and full charges apply if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
